To place an order you need an Order Form, and, if you are not going to have access to this website while you complete your order, a copy of our Gift List. (Copies of which can be downloaded here)
When you have your Order Form, browse our fabulous collection of White Wine, Red Wine, Champagne and Chocolates and note the BIN number and price of the items you want to select and add these to your form.
Next you choose the Gift Wrapping. Each single, double or six bottle gift come already wrapped in our Standard Red Boxes, but for a small extra charge, you can swap the Standard Red for a different colour or style. Then to add that personal touch, write a short message, which will be handtied to the box with ribbon.
The last thing to do is add the address of where you would like the gift sent. This can either be to yourself, so you can hand the gift over personally, or it can be sent direct to the recipient.
If you are planning to send a number of gifts at the same time, you can either use our Corporate Order Form (Copies of which can be downloaded here) or we can accept your details in an Excel document - please call the ASDA Business Rewards on 0870 850 7642 and they will help you find the easiest way of sending us the information.
If you wish to pay by cheque, please write a cheque for the total amount due made
payable to ASDA Business Rewards and return with your completed order form (a copy of which can be downloaded here) to:

You accounts department may require a proforma invoice to enable them to raise a cheque, or make a money transfer. (A proforma invoice is an invoice provided by a supplier in advance of providing the goods or service.)
If this is the case, please fax a completed order form (a copy of which can be downloaded here) to 0870 850 7641, with the words "proforma" on it and we will fax one back to you by return.
